Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or self-service, using cash registers or iPads.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and assist with restocking and cleaning during off-peak hours.
• Deliver food orders to customers in-store and mobile orders quickly and courteously.
• Willing to train in all front of house positions and background, including food preparation, fryer, grill, and other stations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Day shift: 7:00-15:00, 7:00-17:00, 9:00-17:00 or Open Availability
• No experience required.
• A strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Adaptable, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to communicate and write effectively in English.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and standing for up to 8 hours.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and have secure money handling skills.
• Able to comply with Chick-fil-A's professional appearance guidelines, including no tattoos on the face, neck, or behind the ears
