Heritage Hill Property Management is hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our team! If you’re great with people, enjoy sales and customer service, and want a role with room to grow, this could be a great next step.

No property management experience? That’s okay. We’re looking for someone who can connect with prospective residents, deliver a great customer experience, and help turn interest into signed leases.

Elevate ) program can take you from Leasing Consultant to Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and ultimately Director of Property Management, with increased earning potential as you grow.

Why This Role Matters

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll help drive the success of the community by:

• Connecting with prospective residents and helping them find the right apartment home
• Conducting property tours and following up with prospects
• Guiding applicants through the leasing and move-in process
• Building positive relationships with current residents
• Partnering with the Property Manager and Maintenance team to keep the community running smoothly
• Supporting occupancy, leasing, and overall property performance

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level friendly — prior leasing or property management experience is welcomed, but not required
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, or office experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable talking with prospects, giving tours, following up, and asking for the sale
• Ability to commute to and around the property and successfully complete a background check
• Availability to work a full-time schedule: 4 weekdays (8:30 AM–5:30 PM) + most Saturdays (10 AM–4 PM)
