Landscaping Pros – $18.75 to $20/hr

Tired of junk equipment and missed paychecks? Work for a professional crew that respects your time and your trade.

The Deal:

• Pay: $20.00/hr (Drivers) | $18.75/hr (Laborers) + Yearly Raises.

• Gear: Late-model Scags/Exmarks. Mechanic on staff for quick repairs.

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40+ hours. Weekends are for your family.

• Winter: Mandatory "On-Call" snow work (Trucks, Loaders, or Sidewalk Crews).

Requirements:

• 18+ Months professional landscape experience (required).

• Proven skills with zero-turns, power tools, mulching, and pruning.

• Attendance: 90-day "No-Show" probation. If you miss a day in your first 3 months, you no longer have a job.

• Culture: We are a team of adults. If you can’t make it through a workday without a substance, don't apply. We maintain a drug-free culture and strictly enforce post-accident testing.

Driver's license is preferred but not required for laborers.
