Armed Security Supervisor – Full-TimeLocation: Faith Lutheran – Las Vegas, NV Pay: $26/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMJob Summary: United Security Services is seeking an experienced Armed Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and personnel. This role ensures a safe environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism, accountability, and client service.The Security Site Manager provides hands-on leadership, ensuring that security operations are conducted efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company policies and client expectations. The position requires strong operational knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to respond to and manage site events, incidents, and security concerns.Armed Security Supervisor - Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee daily site security operations.Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, staff, students, parents, and visitors.Serve as the primary liaison between the client and United Security Services management.Supervise, coach, and develop security officers to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism.Monitor officer productivity, attendance, appearance, and compliance with site procedures.Coordinate and manage security coverage for special events, emergencies, and site activities.Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident reviews to ensure operational effectiveness.Other responsibilities as neededArmed Security Supervisor- QualificationsMust have a current Nevada Armed PILB cardPrevious experience in security supervision, site management, or a related leadership role.Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to emergencies and site events.Armed Security Supervisor - Core CompetenciesManaging shift rotations and schedulingLeadership and Team DevelopmentClient Relationship ManagementSecurity Operations ManagementCommunication and Customer ServiceIncident Response and Problem SolvingAccountability and ProfessionalismConflict Resolution and Decision MakingThis position requires a proactive, hands-on leader who can effectively manage security operations while fostering positive relationships and ensuring the highest level of service for the client and community.United Service Companies is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
