This is a driving position that requires prior Security Supervisor experience, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass an MVR check.Responsibilities:Conduct site inspections and security checks at assigned locationsServe as the primary liaison between clients and company managementSupervise, support, and train security officers in the fieldRespond to incidents, operational issues, and emergenciesAssist with staffing coverage, scheduling, and call-offsComplete incident reports, site audits, and daily documentationEnsure officers comply with company policies and client expectationsRequirements:Current ACT 235 CertificationPrevious Security Supervisor experienceValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass criminal background and MVR checksMust possess and maintain a Level II retention holster and duty beltStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisions in the fieldEducation Requirements (All)HS Diploma GED or H.S.
